We offer two heating options:

1. Vinyl Flat only (no heat): No heat is applied. Manual heating with an oven is possible but not recommended due to difficulty maintaining the optimal 130-140°F range.
2. Vinyl Flat + Groovy Pouch (Recommended): The Groovy Pouch provides controlled and safe heating, dramatically reducing the unwarping time to just 1-3 hours.

To repair a vinyl you need pressure and heat.

• The Vinyl Flat consists of two metal plates designed to apply force without damaging the record.
• We also offer the Groovy Pouch, designed to apply heat at a consistent temperature of 130°-140°F, ideal for flattening.
• The process takes 1-3 hours and we see an 87%+ success rate.

• Compatible with any record size, including 7”, 10” or 12” diameter size
• Compatible with 33 1/3 rpm, 45 rpm or 78 rpm speeds.
