Our Shipping Policy

Free ground shipping is provided for all orders in the USA and Canada. For international deliveries please check price at checkout.

Our warehouse fulfills orders Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ET from Indiana, USA. We usually deliver within 5-7 days of the order in the USA and Canada. International orders might take longer. 

 At the time of your order, we will specify an estimated date range for order processing and fulfillment lead time to the best of our ability. If the estimated time changes, we will try to notify you and get a new date range that works for both of us.

When we ship your order, we will email you a notification that includes a tracking number. 

Although we cannot be held accountable for delays in shipping that are out of our control, we promise to do everything in our power to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.
